The apartment is situated on a street that runs parallel to the Massenbergstraße, and is directly accessible on foot from Bochum’s main rail station, which is also the hub for the city’s underground, tram and bus services. The A44 and A43 motorways are accessible by car within 5 to 10 minutes.
The rent already includes the service charges, heating costs and electricity for two people. If the apartment is rented to three people, the rent increases by € 100. Final cleaning is invoiced according to the work involved, based on € 15 per hour.

As well as small areas of greenery and parks such as the Westpark that surrounds the Jahrhunderthalle events centre, or the beautifully designed Stadtpark, the centre of Bochum also boasts a thoroughly high-quality commercial offering. There is a wide variety of residential accommodation, spanning detached houses and terrace houses as well as higher buildings. At the south side of the city, near the Konrad-Adenauerplatz, you will find the popular and lively gastronomy quarter ‘the Bermuda Dreieck’ (‘Bermuda Triangle’). Numerous infrastructure facilities can also be found in the centre. Distances that you don’t want to cover by foot are easily covered by the frequent public transport. So, for example, in 15 minutes you can be at the popular Starlight Express theatre, the football stadium or the mining museum: Transport links: Approx 1km to the A40 motorway; from the main rail station, which also serves as the hub for the local underground, tram and bus services, you can catch international, long distance, regional and local train services.
