The rent has been calculated on the basis of occupancy by one or two people, and already includes service charges and an advance payment of €100 per month for heating costs. For each additional person, the rent increases by €100 per month. Electricity must be paid for separately according to use.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

An additional bedroom offers two beds: one 1.60m x 2.0m and one 1.0 x 2.0m (which pulls out to double size), as well as a wardrobe and sofa. The bathroom features light-coloured tiling and offers a window, bath with shower attachment, mirror and base cabinet. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.

This thoroughly attractive district lies around 2km away from the city centre.
