The tram stop for routes 308/318 is just two minutes’ walk away, offering a direct connection to Bochum city centre. Excellent parking can be found directly in the vicinity of the property. The rent has been calculated on the basis of occupancy by one or two people, and already includes service charges and an advance payment of €100 per month for heating costs. For each additional person, the rent increases by €100 per month. Electricity must be paid for separately according to use.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.
